Finally, we’ll take you through the purchasing process step-by-step. You’ll have ample time to ask any questions you may have. The first meeting is without obligation and entirely free of charge.

Once you have given us the definitive go-ahead to search for your dream home, we’ll actively approach the market. We know the region like no other and have a fantastic network with other real estate agents.  What’s more, we also keep contact with people thinking of selling their houses; this means that we’re often the first ones to know when a new property comes on the market. During viewings and negotiations, we’ll be literally and figuratively at your side. We’ll arrange any structural surveys or legal investigations that may be necessary, and can provide detailed figures to substantiate the right purchase price.

We’ll make sure that all agreements made during the purchasing process are properly documented in the sale contract, and will continue to assist you right up until completion at the notary’s office. Throughout this process, your dedicated contact person will think along with you, always from your perspective.
