Gijs, born and raised in Vught, founded Den Hollander Vastgoed Wonen more than 20 years ago and has worked as an NVM-registered (Nederlandse Vereniging van Makelaars - Dutch Association of Real Estate Agents) real estate agent in Vught and the environs ever since. After graduating in law from university, Gijs worked for many years as a marketing executive at Campina Melkunie, before embarking on his real estate career. His vision for Den Hollander Vastgoed Wonen is to deliver the highest possible quality, and therefore to be the best in the field and to remain so. His passions are competitive sailing, golf and cooking on his Green Egg at the weekend. He’s married to Irene and has two daughters, Juliette and Nadine.

Sandra van Doggenaar

Sandra is an experienced entrepreneur and has many years’ international experience in fashion and outdoor interior design. She’s a graduate of the TMO Fashion Business School, where she studied Fashion Management. Currently training to become a registered real estate agent, Sandra sees it as an honour to be part of ‘the most important purchase of a person’s life’. One of her responsibilities within the team is to show properties to potential buyers; this she does with great enthusiasm. With her knowledge and experience, she can expertly answer the questions of both buyers and vendors. In her free time, Sandra enjoys doing sport, where, as in her work, she enjoys ‘the contact with many different people’. She also greatly values spending time with friends and family, and has two daughters with partner Frank.

Iris Tossaint

Project Manager Vastgoed & Verkoop styling

Iris studied at NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences and worked for many years in recruitment, management and in sales roles. After moving from Amsterdan to Vught, she joined the Den Hollander Vastgoed Wonen team. Her role within the company is varied. She’s responsible for diverse support tasks, such as maintaining the website, distributing newletters and sending out mailings. She’s also involved in the sale of properties and advises clients on property styling in preparation for sale. Iris loves taking on new challenges and getting to know new people. Her passions are travel and art, and in her spare time she enjoys creative pursuits. But at the weekend, nothing quite beats relaxing in front of an open fire. Iris is married to Jochem and has two daughters.
